In this bold attempt that searches for sociological solutions, the gripping real life stories of sixty migrant labourers living with HIV/AIDS in rural Tamil Nadu, India, have been documented. Their socio-psychological aspects have been analyzed using the latest fuzzy mathematical tools like Fizzy Cognitive Maps, Bidirectional Associative Memories, and Fuzzy Relational Maps. Because of the need to represent the world, Neutrosophy (the philosophy of neutralities) and its connected structure, Neutrosophic Cognitive Maps, have been employed for their unique ability to handle indeterminacy between concepts.
