Father and Son: W. Sprott Boyd and R. Mitchell S. Boyd

This book consists of two parts. SPROTT This part consists of notes about the life of William Sprott Boyd written by Robert Mitchell Sprott (Mitch) Boyd, one of his sons. WWII Recollections of Mitch Boyd This second part consists of letters written by Mitch Boyd during his Navy service in World War II. He wrote these letters to his wife, Polly Boyd, and she typed most of these letters to share with the rest of the family. Fortunately, these letters were kept and let us see into the thoughts of a husband and father during a war.
