Juncture In Time

The author describes routine analysis of failed products - a fallen bridge vs. fallen Modern Man, represented on the cover by the Statue of Liberty. The difference is our willingness to accept and deal with both the wreckage and the way failure came about, shown in the cover s foreground. A bridge is intended to get us from here to there, as is God s Commandments. The difference is, those two stone tablets are indestructible. Juncture in Time honors the works of many authors whom, throughout the past century, have warned us of the corruption of liberty and other dangers threatening Western civilization. They are my voices crying in the wilderness - none more urgently than G.K. Chesterton and C.S. Lewis. C.S. Lewis predicted that the twenty-first century will be one of two things. Either it will be the best since the thirteenth, or the worst since the twenty-first BC.
