CogAT Practice Test - Kindergarten and Level One

The Cognitive Abilities TestTM (CogAT®) is designed to evaluate general cognitive abilities that are fundamental to achieving instructional objectives at each grade. The object of this practice test is to familiarize your child with the type and style of questions on the Kindergarten and Level One examinations. The test is divided into six sections: Oral Vocabulary, Verbal Reasoning, Relational Concepts, Quantitative Concepts, Figure Classifications and Matrices, with 22 questions in each section. This 132-question practice test consists of two booklets. The first booklet is for parents, and includes background on the CogAT®, instructions to administer the practice test, and an answer key. The second booklet is for students, and contains all 132 questions included in the practice test.
