Honey Blood Draper lives in Transylvania—Transylvania County, North Carolina. She sort of lives in a castle and owns a pet dragon—miniature breed. And she slays vampires who hunt her. You see, her blood is like honey, sweeter than wine. Suddenly Crawford Miklos, heir prince of the elvan kingdom shows up with kisses that slay her and commands her to come with him and kill a wizard. It seems she is the only hope for the continuance of the Ieies, a special breed of the elvan race, and the last descendant of the patron saint of elves, Bloody Rose.
