When I was posted in Mumbai as ACP –CBCID and Special Task Force, then I met a guy called Bhikhu. He ran the extortion business in and around Panvel. I was a residential bachelor, and mostly two guards were with me. He used to roam with almost 10-11 People. We used to dine at same restaurant and he used to laugh at me saying –“Sir, you are such big officer and you have only two guys with you.
