Roots of the Resilient: an anthology of poetry and artwork

This is a collection of poetry for those who have suffered with mental illness. This is for the "strong ones," the broken, the tired. This is for the resilient. This is for the ones that have spent years fighting the thoughts that plague their minds, this is for those who never gave up. This is my ode to hope, to strength -- this is Roots of the Resilient. - After the authors attempted suicide and years of being stifled of growth; she decided it was time to give herself to the sun and never look back. Roots of the Resilient is an anthology of raw, passion filled poetry, written amidst her turbulent struggle with bipolar personality disorder, manic depression and anxiety. It's prying, it's powerful, it's all too personal, but most importantly -- it's the truth. - Roots of the Resilient contains trigger warnings and multiple help resources.
