Christophe Gilliot, whose exhibition in the medieval town of Agincourt, explains all the phases of the campain of Henry V, from the siege of Harfleur to the plains of Picardy, the battle rolled on a deadly course.

The first part of the book depicts typical daily life in 1415 by using reenactors from the Compagnie de Saint-Martin and includes detail on civilian life at the time, as well as that of the soldiers.

The battle is then described and depicted in detail.

The book concludes with a previously unpublished comprehensive description of the heraldic colors and blazons of the sixty French knights killed at the battle of Agincourt.
