The Structure of Determiner Phrase in Wolaytta: Minimalist Approach

This book introduces the structure of determiner phrase in Wolaytta language in line of minimalist approach of generative grammar. Wolaytta is one of Omotic language under Afro-asiatic group which is spoken in south Ethiopia. The author shows determiner phrase (DP) of Wolaytta in detail. Determiner phrase is first addressed by Abney (1987) in his PhD dissertation. In this book will be of considerable values to any one investigating minimalist approach and aim to encourage independent thought about Wolaytta DP.
