The study also revealed replacing the expensive commercial feed ingredients with azolla locally available unconventional protein sources, alternative source of cheap protein diet, complement the amino acid deficiencies in cereal based broiler rations, reduce the production cost for poultry, significant economic implication and improved the performance of carcass characteristics of broiler chicks.
