Description

While looking at mobile phone communications, we realize that existing methods of switching between network providers are not satisfactory. Currently, when users want to switch between networks, they either have to own multiple cell phones or own the dual SIM card cell phones; where they have to select the network provider they wish to use whenever they are making or receiving calls. In this book we propose the use of of an algorithm that can be paramount in designing automatic multiple SIM card cell phones that are able to switch networks automatically based on optimal Quality of Service and low Cost. We hope that the reading will add value to the ever evolving area of mobile computing.
