QSAR of pyrimidinediones & their comparison with Rosiglitazone: Thiazolidines, computational studies, QSAR

Through physico-chemical studies, we screened some of the compounds 1-215 and few of them showed comparable QSAR properties to standard drug rosiglitazone (clinical trials). After studying their computational biological properties, only two compounds are the most prominent and can be used to cure diabetes after their synthesis. Thus, computational studies save the times as well as chemical consumption.
