The main purpose of this research is to test the impact of female’s job satisfaction on their turnover intentions. This study has been conducted exclusively for women performing in educational sector. The sample has been taken from two different universities in Lahore. Their satisfaction has been measured by evaluating general working conditions, pay and promotion potential, work relationships, use of skills and abilities and work activities etc. Flexible working hours, location of the workplace, performance appraisal and skill utilization has an extremely positive significance on turnover intentions. Whereas job independence, job security and promotion has an inverse significance impact on job satisfaction and turnover intentions.
