Description ▲
This work is conceptually dense, argumentatively consistent, precautious and precise in interpreting observational data, attitudinally firm, therefore allowing for no conjunctural concessions; it displays a sharp and legitimate lucidity, because it is meant to avoid unnecessary explanations, thus becoming an accomplice to the world of facts, of immediate realities. It is a powerful synthesis due to its surprising, obvious and compellingly applicative potential revealed after reading the very first pages. While I am in full agreement with the discursive strategy and with the standard of the present research, with regard to attitudes and values, I consider that many of the psychological habits, defects and reflexes of the military environment may be changed through institutional initiatives, which, in turn, may generate qualities, attitudes and latent virtues. Professor Vasile Macoviciuc, PhD
