studies on first transition series elements stress responces of Escherichia coli. it is total microbial remediation process and helps in environment based problems.In The present study entitled, “Studies on First Transition Series Element Stress responses of Escherichia coli” was carried out with the objectives of evaluating the morphological variations, changes in enzyme production and the changes in total RNA and Total protein. The study was intended to evaluate the overall response in the range of exposure of 0.2µgm/ml to 20,000 µgm/ml range of one metal compound of each element of the series.
