Personality Traits of the Inter University Level Volleyball Players

The study entitled “To Assess the Personality Traits of the Inter University Level Volleyball Players”. The study will be helpful in assessing the personality makeup of the male volleyball Players in relation to Extroversion and Neuroticism. The assessed personality traits will be an asset. It will help the coaches/trainees/players to adopt appropriate game or event in accordance with the presence of traits. The result of the study will be helpful in talent identification of volleyball players & their selections at an early age. Volleyball players would be stable in the neurotic trait whereas the extroversion would be the trait among the volleyball players.
