Max Dudler: High-Rise Buildings (English and German Edition)

This monograph continues Niggli's series of publications on the work of Swiss architect Max Dudler, one of Europe's masters. Featured here are four of Dudler's high-rises, which show his brilliant approach to applying modernist ideas in the context of big-city architecture. In a Frankfurt neighborhood near downtown and the banking district, Dudler refurbished two high-rises located next to each other, fusing the structures into an urban ensemble which epitomizes unity and the quiet elegance of its surroundings.
