The reality of pharmaceutical care-based medication therapy management: Patients', pharmacists' and students' perspectives

This book is the result of the author's immersion in the world of pharmaceutical care practice, Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services, for one year. As part of her PhD thesis, Djenane Oliveira conducted field observation, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and analysis of documents in order to understand the practice as it is in the real world.
