Stress, a leading cause for mental disorders. Stress is also a major problem in worldwide population which may cause effect on different systems like endocrine, metabolic disorder, and gastrointestinal disease due to numerous internal and external stressors. Patients with stressful condition experiences significant morbidity and mortality from anxiety and depression disorders. Lots of adverse effects are seen with conventional medicines and the desire to search for alternative medicine to assist them in coping with and controlling the disease.
