Anorexia Nervosa: A Three Dimensional Approach That Includes Psycho-Education, Family Therapy, and Mindfulness Practice

Anorexia Nervosa is notoriously difficult to treat and no one approach has been shown to be more effective than another. The purpose of this work is to establish a protocol for health care professionals who work with female youth (13–18) who struggle with anorexia. This work will outline ways in which psycho-education, family therapy and mindfulness can be integrated in a holistic manner in the treatment of Anorexia Nervosa.
