Description

Synopsis: Diamond Sutra is the one of the classic representatives of the early Mahayana Buddhism, and the outline of the Prajna Buddhism. The full name of Diamond Sutra is The Vajracchedika-prajna-paramita Sutra (the word honey means secret), the first volume, is translated by Yao Qin Kumarajiva in Hongshi six ( 404). After the advent of wide spreading, it has the compiling comment, notations, declared speech, the notations, the micro explorations, variorum release, Chom Thong, casuistry, generalizations, and direct speech, which extends to 100 varieties. This sutra mainly discusses the all phenomena said are not actually phenomena and all phenomena reflect the theory of nature of dreamy theory. What Diamond Sutra Says is the speech by the famous scholar Nan Huaijin. Based on the dividing method of Prince Zhaoming of the Liang Dynasty, the author divides the What Diamond Sutra Says into 32 items which equals to 32 chapters, with explanation at the end of each chapter.
