Beyond September 11, 2001: Political Attitudes of the Indian Immigrants in America

This is a study of the Political Sub-Culture of the Asian Indians in the Post-September 11 American society. It analyses 204 questionnaires that were received by the end of July, 2002. The analyses presented include the following areas:(i)Social Profile, (ii)Indian Immigrants and September 11, (iii)International Terrorism and Attitudinal Orientations of the Indian Immigrants, (iv)Bush Presidency: Political Socialisation, (vi)Orientations Toward Ethnic Identity, (vii)Indian Immigrants and the American Society After September 11, and (viii)Perceptions of Future Indo-American Relations.
