The author of this work woke up one day and decided to become a long-distance runner and participate in the world’s toughest physical challenges in order to discover the limits of the human body—to discover his own limits—just like, as a successful stockbroker, he pays attention and takes risks in order to ride a good wave and figure out when the time has come for him to sell.

El autor de este testimonio un dÃa despertó y decidió convertirse en ultrafondista y participar en las pruebas fÃsicas más duras del mundo para tratar de averiguar dónde estaba el lÃmite del cuerpo humano—dónde estaba su propio lÃmite—del  mismo modo que como un buen corredor de Bolsa él husmea, escucha, tantea y arriesga para aprovechar una buena onda y averiguar hasta cuándo aguantar y en qué momento necesita vender.
