The new father is easy to read. It has a great poetic seasoning, which may well awaken the paternal sensitivity, so much forgotten in this world so arid and rational of man. It's not a book of recipes, but it helps people realize that our doubts are not exclusively ours. That being a father is complicated. But it is very, very good.
