The Copenhagen Competition 2010: on Access to Medicines

This book contains the written submissions for the "Copenhagen Competition 2010 on Access to Medicines," organized and hosted by the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen. The Copenhagen Competition is an international negotiation competition for law students, and the written submissions provide insights primarily into legal analysis of the topic of access to medicines. The submissions are of a very high quality from teams of the world's top universities, such as Yale, Peking, and the University of Sao Paolo.
