This volume of the "Basic Texts" contains the Statute of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, together with the Agreement relating to the Implementation of Part XI of the Convention, and the Agreement for the Implementation of the Provisions of the Convention relating to the Conservation and Management of Straddling Fish Stocks and Highly Migratory Fish Stocks.
