This Liber Amicorum in Honour of Professor Roger Blanpain was presented to the Professor on the occasion of the 11th World Congress of the International Industrial Relations Association, held in Bologna, Italy, in September 1998. The more than forty contributions in this book vary as widely in topic as the vast range of books written by Professor Blanpain himself in the almost forty years of his academic career.
