Basement Tectonics 7 (Proceedings of the International Conferences on Basement Tectonics)

This volume contains a selection of papers presented and discussed at the 7th International Conference on Basement Tectonics. Most papers are devoted to the Major Fracture Zones in the Earth's Crust and the Tectonic Evolution of North American Basins. The contributions focus on the geology, petrology, geophysics and remote sensing of basement rocks and its deformation history with an emphasis on field observations.
