This publication contains the proceedings of the fourth workshop on space law, held in November 2005 in Abuja, Nigeria, which reviews UN treaties and principles on outer space and considers developments in national space laws and policies. It also examines options for increasing the development of university level studies in space law, particularly in the Africa region.
