ICC Guide to the eUCP

The electronic supplement to UCP 500, ICC's universally used rules on letters of credit, came into force in April 2002. Termed eUCP, the supplement is expected to revolutionize the way documentary credits are used by permitting electronic or part-electronic presentations of documents.
