The series covers in autobiographical accounts the fifty years that laid the foundation of neuropsychopharmacology In this fourth volume the story of the 1990s is complemented by reflections on twentieth-century psychopharmacology by the few of those who actively participated throughout the development of the field. The series represents the first source book for a field that has been virtually undocumented. Many of the stories have relevance to current research.
