ICT For Self-Directed & Collaborative Learning

The development of emerging technologies has made an increasing number of ICT (information and communication technology) tools available. Although many of the tools are not initially designed for educational purposes, the potential for its use in teaching and learning is great. ICT for Self-directed and Collaborative Learning equips teachers with the competency and confidence to integrate ICT into the curriculum effectively. Though prepared in particular for student teachers taking the core course of ICT for Meaning Learning at the National Institute of Education of Singapore, this book is also geared for teachers in general who are keen to leverage on ICT to broaden the classroom experience for their students.
