Sybase Business Intelligence Technology

Like many data base vendors, Sybase has focused on providing CRM business intelligence (BI) applications that are integrated into its data warehousing software. Its BI suite consists of: the Adaptive Server IQ Multiplex, an RDBMS for Web-based BI applications; the Industry Warehouse Studio (IWS), which provides a focal point for the integration and analysis of customer data; and the Enterprise Portal for accessing information via the Web.
