Has water stains near binding and at upper right of front cover. These water stains get smaller on each subsequent page until page 30 when they end. They are in the upper right quadrant of book. Binding has noticeable wear at main bottom and top. With the exception of water stain pages and writing are in very good condition. No writing or marks on the pages. No earmarks either.
