Early day trader with the Navajos

This is the story of the author's experiences as an early-day Indian trader with the Navajo and Hopi Indians on the western Navajo Indian reservation in northern Arizona. At the age of 85 years, he wrote this story, along with a description of the life of the Navajos, as he observed it. Many of his life's activities are supported by photographs and documentary data that he had collected over many years.
