This IDC study updates IDC's 2004–2009 forecast for telecommunications network services (TNS) in Asia/Pacific, highlighting new developments, service offerings, technologies, and players.
"IDC does not see absolute growth in all markets in the region. However, the markets that show flat or negative growth in the TNS sector are doing so due to increased competition — not as a result of decreased consumption of or need for such services," observes Claus Mortensen, senior analyst, Telecommunications Research, IDC Asia/Pacific.
