From the supplier: Property and casualty insurance industry producers, agents, professional associations and brokers are divided in their opinions concerning Insurance Service's Offices (ISO) amended commercial general liability (CGL) coverage filing. ISO hoped to use the amended CGL to cover third parties not additionally insured in the policy. Some agents, brokers and the Independent Insurance Agents of America oppose the filing, claiming it as redundant, costly and leading to errors and omissions. The National Association of Professional Insurance Agents seeks to have all states adopt the filing as law.
