From the supplier: A petition drive sponsored by the Michigan Trial Lawyers Assn to block the implementation of automobile insurance reform in the state of Michigan is being opposed by a coalition of business and insurance groups. The auto insurance reform law would cap unlimited medical benefits and roll back rates to Nov 1, 1992 levels before cutting them an additional 16% and freezing rates for six months. Critics of the reform law say that it thwarts the will of the people by restricting their rights.
