From the supplier: Insurance agents are giving active support for the passage of House Ways and Means Committee Chmn Dan Rostenkowski's HR 13 legislative proposal that will strengthen agents' rights to depreciate intangible assets. Although a recent Supreme Court decision gave agents a conditional right to depreciate intangibles, agents are afraid the Internal Revenue Service will find new stratagems to subvert the decision.
