From the supplier: Do-it-yourself retail managers have problems in managing their time. A survey among 150 managers showed that they spend most of their time training employees and dealing with customers. A third is spent on administrative functions. They get tied up with updating changes in prices and placing orders for merchandise. Good time managers should spend three hours less each week on administrative tasks while all the available time is spent on working on personnel productivity.
