From the supplier: The Department of Defenses' (DoD) Advanced Research Projects Agency has commissioned Analytical Systems Engineering Corp to test an X-ray imaging system for detecting prohibited substances from being hidden amongst the content of vehicles. The entire vehicle is loaded into a machine which subjects it to an X-ray twice the dose of medical ones. The image is stored and analysed by computer.
