From the supplier: Oriented polypropylene film (OPP) is being used extensively to fulfill the packaging requirements of most candy, cookie and snack food manufacturers. OPP films are environmentally friendly and can be tailor-made to fulfill several performance requirements. While originally produced by pulling the film in two directions to add strength and durability, OPP films can also be metallized, laminated, coextruded or coated. OPP films are also being tapped for their sealant capabilities.
