From the supplier: Rally's Hamburgers Inc. decided to establish an asset protection team as it underwent an aggressive expansion program in 1993. The team composed of four security professionals studied the situation and quickly determined that the company was in dire need of a comprehensive security strategy. The team developed a two-phase program which would initially overhaul physical security, policies and procedures, loss reporting and training. The second phase of the program would be concerned with personnel management issues.
