From the supplier: The results of utilizing total quality management practices were studied through 650 questionnaires sent to dentists. There were 369 respondents which answered questions based on Baldridge Quality Award categories. The organizational effects of total quality management were measured through reports on gross and net income, numbers of new patients and financial data. It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between results measured and the Baldridge Award categories.
