From the supplier: A survey of lawyers in South Dakota is conducted to determine the legal issues that small business owners need to know regarding their business operations. Practicing lawyers and small business owners were generally found to share the same beliefs about the essential legal topics that should be understood by every small business owner. However, minor differences were found in perceptions of tort and contract liability. The study's findings could prove beneficial in establishing business law and legal environment courses.
