From the supplier: The increasing turnovers in law firms and the varied means of communication have increased the likelihood of attorney-client confidentiality being broken. Attorneys have to be careful to ensure that they do not make inadvertent disclosures as this can lead to a waiver of the privileges of the attorney-client communication. While some cases have been examined individually to assess whether the attorney or client made the disclosure, the general trend has been to enforce the waiver.
