From the supplier: California's Options for Recovery (OFR) program was developed to address the rise in perinatal drug and alcohol dependency. The program produced treatment models for pregnant, parenting women and their children with different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. The OFR also presented program administrators, policymakers and service providers a pattern with which to develop more effective perinatal services and interventions.
