From the supplier: Hungary is undertaking the difficult transition to a market economy. The three factors essential to its success are the development of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial opportunities and owner-manager organizations. However, a number of problems stand in the way of progress. These include the absence of formal economic policies, ownership and property transfer laws and resources to develop business.
