From the supplier: Advertising apartment properties can enhance the appeal of the sales process and attract the right kind of prospects. A simple, seven-step program is presented to help property managers write effective advertising copy. To create powerful advertising, these managers must assess all features of their property and focus on those that will appeal to renters. Their advertising headlines must be attention-grabbers because very few people read the complete advertising copy. The copy must have emotional appeal, so it is advisable to use words that stir the emotions, such as 'quiet,' 'friends' and 'elegant.' The ad should also close with a call to action. Other important considerations are the choice of the advertising media, the amount of money to be spent on advertising, and a back-up service plan to support the advertising.
