From the supplier: The Total Quality Management method of performance appraisals uses multiple sources in gathering data to provide individual employees with a complete and accurate feedback. A group of executives in a government agency drafted a process sourcing subordinate, peer and customer feedback with recommendations for its application. These include using the process at the managerial level in the first cycle to determine acceptance and success. At the second cycle, the customers are excluded: their feedback is used only at the management level. Lastly, it is to be used as a development and not as a promotion tool.
